Our Mission & Purpose: The Annie Cooper Hope Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals in our community by providing financial assistance, resources, and encouragement during life’s most challenging moments. Inspired by the enduring love and hope instilled by Annie Louise Cooper, our mission is to be a beacon of light—fostering resilience, inspiring personal growth, and creating opportunities for a brighter future. This exciting community event will bring people together for friendly competition, cancer awareness, and fundraising to support those in need.
Ways To Get Involved
The purpose of the Faithful Fighters Breast Cancer Community is to create a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals impacted by breast cancer. Our goals include:
Registration Fee: $250 per team (responsable for own team T-shirt) 10 players per team (minimum of 2 females) Players must be at least 16 years old Teams must submit a team name, list of all players, and signed release of liability forms for each member
Event T-shirts are available for purchase $20 for youth sizes and adult sizes S–L, and sizes 2XL–5XL are available for an additional $2–$8 extra.
